On 4 July 2024, Bright Hill Evergreen Home was awarded the ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ฅ (๐๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐๐จ๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง) for our innovative ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฃ๐๐๐ญ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ โ ๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ข๐จ๐ซ ๐๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ข๐๐๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐๐๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง initiative! Project ESCAPE is an ongoing initiative focused on job redesign, identifying capable care aides for upskilling and capacity building to assume roles traditionally held by higher-level staff.
